Pharrell gets the Key to the City of Virginia Beach

The "Happy" goes home to Virginia Beach, Virginia as they welcome with open arms as they present him the key to the city. I still don't know what it opens but I be he has more of a chance to do whatever he want in his hometown than someone without that key.
